Bought this for my 7 yr old as he loves Mario and because his Diamond Backs backpack from Walmart was cheap and fell apart. No surprise there. So far, Mario is holding out just fine and it's just the right size for a 1st grader- not too big and not too small.

Got this backpack as part of my son's Easter gift and he loves it! He was so proud to wear it to school after Spring Break. Price was great and quality seems good. We haven't had it long so not sure how it will hold up but seems well made and durable.

This backpack looks nice; vibrant colors, lots of pockets. However, within a week of purchasing it the zipper began to stick. Now, a month later, the zipper will no longer close at all. A complete waste of $20!

mom shopping for son
I bought this Mario backpack from Amazon for 20.00. Mario backpacks went on sale for 9.00 at target the next week. The quality on the zipper was very cheap. We have problems zipping it up. My son has a superman backpack he has had for a year and a half, used it all through the school year and never had a problem with the zipper till this day.
